Chloe Ting x Grow With Jo: 2 Top YouTube Fitness Trainers That You Need to Know

In 2021, we literally have no excuses to not be in our best shape! YouTube has given us access to top tier trainers for free!

There are tons of great fitness trainers on YouTube, but Chloe Ting and Grow With Jo have stuck out to me the most. I have used both of their free workouts on YouTube and have seen results with both. Chloe Ting and Grow With Jo are beginner friendly trainers and provides workouts that you can do right at home in the comfort of your living room. I will provide pros and cons about each trainer. Honestly, their cons may be slim, because they are both amazing!

Chloe Ting is an Australian based fitness trainer with 22.1 million subscribers! The format of her videos, makes it extremely easy to follow along. She provides free workout programs with workout calendar schedules. If you are a beginner or have bad knees, she offers alternatives to each workout.

A friend introduced me to Chloe Ting’s YouTube channel last year, summer of 2020. Her workouts always gives me a great sweat. I enjoy the challenges her workout routines bring. It’s safe to say that I lost a total of 30 lbs while doing her workouts in conjunction with walking and eating a vegan based diet. Even if you are a gym rat with advanced fitness training, Chloe Ting’s workouts are guaranteed to leave you sweating and breathing heavy!

Equipment frequently used: Yoga mat, resistance bands (optional), dumbbells (optional)

Pros:

  • All workouts are free and easy to access on YouTube
  • Beginner friendly – alternative exercises
  • Easy to follow format
  • Variety of exercises/programs to pick from
  • Exciting and challenging exercises
  • Workout programs with workout calendar schedules
  • No equipment needed
  • Workouts can be performed at home or gym (anywhere)
  • Her workouts will get you in shape

Cons:

  • If you are very new to working out or extremely out of shape her workout routines can be challenging. Solution: Pre-watch all of the videos in advance to learn the exercises beforehand. Build your strength and get in shape by walking daily.

Oh how I love Johanna AKA Grow With Jo! Her smile is contagious and her radiant spirit will keep you uplifted while doing her workouts. She’s famously known on YouTube for her Walk The Weight Off workout routines. The fun, upbeat workout routines features her walking in place and doing various exercises for 40 seconds on and resting for 20 seconds.

Grow With Jo, keeps her Walk The Weight Off workout routines fresh and exciting with dance party themes such as gospel music, Bollywood, Beyonce vs. Rhianna dance party, and J Lo dance party, to name a few.

I am currently using her growwithjo app. I pay only $19.99 monthly for diet and workout plan. I only use the workout plan on the app. In addition to the workout plan I am on, I still do the Walk The Weight Off workout routines that are on YouTube.

I have been seeing results since finding Grow With Jo YouTube channel, which was this summer of 2021. I’ve noticed and as well as others, how my butt has lifted and it is rounder when compared to before. The app is easy to use. I am able to customize what plan I want based on what body area I want to focus on.

  • YouTube workouts are Free and she drops new workout videos weekly
  • No equipment needed
  • Workouts can be performed at home or gym (anywhere)
  • GrowithJo app provides easy, medium, & hard levels
  • She has a bubbly personality that helps keep you motivated while working out
  • Bonus: GrowwithJo app has training programs for pregnant moms and postpartum moms

Cons:

The app cost money monthly. Solution: Try the free YouTube videos first, if you see results and like Grow With Jo as a trainer, invest in your health and get the app.
