About Me
My name is Kadejah AKA DeeDee Blu. I am a registered nurse and a wellness influencer.
Coco Loves Blu started as a personal project where I wanted to share what helped me on my journey of self-love.
I previously battled with being overweight, low self esteem, & anxiety. I started a self love journey and over time, I discovered ways to overcome those battles and now my goal is to share that information and to help other women who are desiring to embark on a self love, self healing journey.

There is light at the end of the tunnel, of course not without sacrifice, faith, and doing the work. What the work consisted of for me: mediation, affirmations, self help books, prayer, fasting, journaling, mirror therapy, motivational videos, cleaning up my diet, more time in nature, exercising, and talking to trusted individuals.
My healing journey is still in progress. I am still learning, growing, and enjoying the present moments.
My mission is to make this knowledge accessible to all women! I believe that everyone has the power to positively transform their lives and practice self-love.
